Message	one ecu to another can not change the amount of safety boost, only wastegate tension preload can change the amount of safety boost. limited boost can be caused by so many things: leaks timing belt bad maf low fuel pressure clogged cats dead injectors ptu issues tps turbos and much more 3psi is not or more than a safety boost system failure Houston Z www.houston-nissans.com
